4：How to brush my hair?

Use wide-tooth comb gently brush your hair. curly hair pls smooth the hair by hand. Do not brush the hair from the root to the tip, starting from the ends, comb it through and then from the middle, then finally goes from the top.

5：Why are my hair weft getting tangle？

As this is 100% human Raw virgin hair, the hair is still with full cuticles aligned in the same direction. After we make the straight hair into different curl patterns, the cuticles on each strand of hair is no longer lie beside each other, it might be going up and forward, that's why sometimes you will feel it’s not very easy to run your fingers through the hair, and this is simply because it has a hair style and the cuticles are stopping your fingers because from what they might react your fingers are some kind of invader. Hair can get tangled because it's too dry and gathering too much of dust and other stuff, at this time remember not to wash it with shampoo because that's gonna make it even worse. Wash it with clear warm water and deep condition it for a while, it will get better and better!

8: Can you give me some suggestion how to care my hair?

(1)Wash the human hair extension in one week.

(2)Water to wet hair, use a mild Shampoo, Rinse and leave to dry.

(3)Comb with a wire brush after dry.

(4)You can perm dyeing, but please remember do not do this too frequent, and remember to use the nutrition water.

(5)The combs you’d better choose the round with wide-toothed comb.

(6)Don’t make the hair under the blazing sun for quite a long time.

(7)Don’t blows the root of hairs too near with the hair drier.

(8)Don’t grasping the root of hair overexert when washing.

For virgin hair, it’s very easy for it to get dry and tangled because it has been cut from one donor and lack of nutrition from human body.

So it’s very necessary to take good care of it by nursing the hair.

Mild shampoo is a good option to clean the dust and sweats on the hair.

And softener and conditioner are the ones to make drive away dryness and make it softer.

After that, you can put some hair oil on it to keep its moisture and then air-dry the hair naturally.

When the hair is too dry, pls remember not to use shampoo coz it’s been too dry and it will be worse, softener and conditioner will be better option with hair oil.

9:Why my hair with smell?

In order to keep the beautiful pattern, we wash the hair with a special marcel water as a deep conditioning treatment, it would make the hair last a long time and become more and more soft, moisturized and shiny.

Washing the hair before install it, several times later, the smelling will disappear.

A good tip for you:

Bronners peppermint soap worked the best to get the smell mostly out after trying like 3 other things.

10: Why my body wave become straight after washing?

The body wave style is steam processed(finalize the design by high temperature), will turns to natural straight after wash, you can do different style with curl iron.

If you want waver hair, please take our wave/deep wave hair.

11: Oh no! My hair very tangle, shedding and with bad ends pls help me!

For 100% human virgin hair, it remains cuticle aligned with hair scale on each strand of hair.

Normally, with proper care and condition, the hair will not get tangled.

Some customers may complain that they cannot run their fingers through the hair, and they would think it is tangled.

However, this is very normal for virgin hair cause the hair hasn't been through with acid bath, when running with figers, the hair stands will be pushed up and down, the hair scale will create some strength to stop your fingers.

The hair gets tangled when it’s too dry and gathering of dust and sweats on it, in this way the hair would get sticky.

When you comb or run your fingers through it, it will for sure get tangled.

As for shedding, I would say minimum shedding is completely acceptable since even your own hair gets shed in a daily basis.

Normally, since our wefts are double layers and machine wefts, it wouldn't shed too much for daily basis for it's neat and tight.

However, sometimes our customers will cut the weft into pieces and then install the hair without sealing the edges,shedding is inevitable.

When cleaning the hair, the tips to prevent shedding is not to wash the hair with too much strength, because in this way the hair strands may be pulled and broken.

Anyway, with proper care and condition, these kinds of issues could be avoided.

12: Grey hair?

All human hair is unavoidable to have a few strands of grey hair on it because of the donor's health condition.

You would never find grey hair in any of the fake hair products.

If you really don't like it, please take it off the bundle. I'm sure it won't hurt you at all.
