I received the hair the day it was promised(used two day shipping), it was nicely packaged, the bundles were thick and I loved, loved the curl pattern! There's also a little shedding, it can be dealt with though. I have installed it and I love it so far! Everyone is asking where I get it from and what kind of hair it is, they all love it.
