Victoria is an amazing retailer and her hair is flawless! received it in a nicely packaged box during the wait, Victoria made sure she stayed in contact with me reassuring that my product was to arrive... in between waiting she gave me feedback on proper caring tactics.... so I received my product hair didn't smell but I washed and conditioned it before I dyed it.... it dyed without no problem and here's the install..
