The hair was soft and I washed it before installing it and the curls were bouncy. I would strongly suggest using great shampoo & conditioner for curly hair to keep the hair hydrated & to maintain the curls. I just bleached it, I'm hoping it stays soft and curly :)

I got the hair in 4 days, it's soft & beautiful! The hair looks just like the pics, it's true to length & it does not have a bad smell. I will post more pics once I dye it & install it.

I cowashed with conditioner, hang dried and installed the next day, so far it has been good, no problems, didn't shed much before installation but shredded a little after installed. Really soft. Definitely good hair. Was recommended by a friend and at first I was hesitate to spend so much but so far so good.
