The hair is nice and feels soft but it has a slight smell. You can wash it and the smell with go away. Great communication and shipping was fast.

This is the best hair I ever had I rated 5 stars because hair had no smell I bleached and rinsed the hair and it's still super soft and even have more bounce to it after conditioning it I havent installed but I know it's gone to be as pretty in my head.I love it!!!
