The customer service was awesome, they took the time to let me know when the hair was ship. The shipping was fast I order my hair on a Thursday and received it on Monday. The hair quality is very good no smell great curl pattern. After I co-wash the hair the curl pattern was even better than when it came out of package. Minimum to nothing shedding because its curly hair no tangling. I definitely recommend this vendor.
