This hair is soooooo soft and bouncy. I ordered on Tuesday and received it today Friday. I'm rating four stars because I haven't installed yet only washed and conditioned the hair. Communication with Cherry made me feel better about the transaction and insured me that I had nothing to worry about. I'll be leaving an additional review after I install the hair. So far so good!
