I never have a problem with ordering hair on ali queen hair it is my all time favorite . They have great communication. The vendors really care about making their customers happy. I ordered my hair on the 12th. It was a friday and it took 6 days only because of the weekend and no one is really open on Sundays . But right after sunday the vendor got right on making sure my delivery came quicK. My hair was very soft and beautiful. There was a slight smell but i got rid of it with boiling in conditioner and water . Im in the middle of installing so i will definitely be taking photos and adding additional feed back.

This hair is greattttttttt!!!! I absolutely love! It's very ty very soft it came with a slight smell but nothing to distracting I got my hair 5 days after ordering it and I installed immediately . If you cut the track to install you will get shedding but this hair I didn't cut at all and I didn't get ANY shedding at all I have a 26,28,&28 I love long hair so I'll be definitely ordering again
